Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing stock levels, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and enhancing the efficiency of supply chain operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing costs

- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehousing teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and management
- Analyze inventory performance metrics and develop action plans to address any discrepancies
- Oversee the implementation of inventory control systems and processes, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Train and mentor team members on inventory management principles and procedures
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field, with a proven track record of optimizing inventory processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with inventory forecasting tools and methodologies
- Certification in inventory and supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CIPS)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl, SAP)
- Understanding of supply chain principles and logistics optimization
