Responsibilities

- Act as a point of contact for escalated client concerns, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an intake or operational management role
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement methodologies
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or social services intake processes
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Certification in project management or process improvement is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software
- Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms
