Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Insurance Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement within the insurance sector. You will be instrumental in analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and optimizing sales processes to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and meet revenue goals
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Support the Sales Manager in training and mentoring sales staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or related field
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
