Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Manager to lead our installation teams in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients. This role is crucial in managing all aspects of the installation process, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with our company's quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Manage and mentor installation teams, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Implement best practices for installation processes, focusing on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement timely solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns
- Analyze project metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in installation management or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of installation processes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Knowledge of installation tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction methodologies
