Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Installation Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful installation of our innovative products while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating installation schedules and logistics to ensure timely project completion
- Collaborate with installation teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to installation standards and quality
- Support project managers in monitoring project progress and addressing any installation issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes and project timelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in project management or installation coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
Preferred:
- Experience in a technical or construction-related field
- Knowledge of installation processes and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
- Experience using CRM systems to manage client relationships and communications
- Basic understanding of installation tools and equipment
