Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of HVAC Sales to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across our HVAC product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business objectives, targeting both new and existing markets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business development.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and messaging.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
