Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in an HR support role or internship

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Previous involvement in employee engagement initiatives or training programs
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using HRIS or ATS software is a plus
- Ability to learn new HR technologies quickly
