Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Principal HR Consultant to join our team. In this strategic role, you will partner with senior leadership to shape and implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture. Your extensive experience in HR consulting will enable you to provide expert advice on talent management, organizational design, and change management while ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of HR initiatives to support business goals and enhance workforce capabilities
- Consult with business leaders to assess their HR needs and provide tailored solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-informed decision making and continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach HR teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on strategic HR management
- Proven track record of successfully leading HR transformation projects
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting
Preferred:
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with HR technology and platforms, particularly in data analytics and employee engagement
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices and frameworks
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
