Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Fitness Program Manager to lead our innovative fitness initiatives and programs. This role is instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing high-impact fitness programs that cater to diverse populations, promoting health and wellness through engaging and effective fitness solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive fitness programs tailored to various demographics, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all participants.

- Conduct needs assessments and participant feedback sessions to continuously enhance program offerings.

- Establish partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to promote programs and foster community engagement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fitness program management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fitness programs.
- Strong knowledge of health and fitness principles, program design, and evaluation methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM).
- Experience with digital fitness platforms and virtual programming.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing budgets and timelines.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in fitness management software and data analytics tools.
- Experience with online fitness resources and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media and marketing techniques to promote fitness programs.
