Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Cemetery Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cemetery facilities. This role is essential in ensuring the maintenance of grounds, the coordination of interment services, and the management of staff to uphold our commitment to providing a respectful and dignified environment for families during their time of need.
Responsibilities
- Manage all cemetery operations, including grounds maintenance, interment services, and facility upkeep.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in cemetery operations, grounds management, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach to customer service.
- Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in cemetery management.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing a diverse team and fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Previous experience with record-keeping software or cemetery management systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications for record-keeping and reporting.
