Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in government contract management, with a proven track record of managing complex contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of federal regulations, particularly FAR and DFARS, as well as state and local procurement regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for the organization's interests while maintaining positive relationships with government stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field or professional certification (e.g., Certified Federal Contracts Manager, Certified Professional Contracts Manager).
- Experience with proposal writing and cost estimation for government contracts.
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools, such as Deltek, SAP Ariba, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and documents.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and strategy development.
