Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of safety within the team
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive golf course utilization and membership growth
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in golf operations or a related field, with a proven track record of supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of golf course management and operations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Proficiency in golf management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role within a golf or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and customer service best practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with golf management software, including tee time booking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and analysis
- Understanding of inventory management systems related to pro shop operations
