Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and other food safety management systems.
- Proven track record of leading food safety initiatives and managing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
