Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 10+ years of experience in food safety and quality assurance roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, and other food safety standards and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing food safety programs in a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) or equivalent.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives related to food safety management.
- Strong network within industry associations and regulatory bodies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in food safety management software and tools for monitoring and compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to report on food safety metrics.
