Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving plants and equipment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a floral or horticultural setting, including internships or volunteer work.
- Basic knowledge of plant species, care requirements, and pest management techniques.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with horticultural tools and equipment, such as pruners, shovels, and watering systems.
- Basic understanding of soil types, nutrients, and plant biology.
