Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role with a strong understanding of financial principles
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Finance or an MBA
- Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and risk management frameworks
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macro development
- Experience with financial reporting tools and data visualization software
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
