Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Compliance to lead our compliance program at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs within complex organizations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in law, business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
- Experience in a technology-driven environment with a strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong proficiency in compliance management software and data analytics tools.
- Experience conducting compliance audits and assessments, and utilizing findings to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and methodologies.
