Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Research Director with a specialization in Experimental Psychology to join our team. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify research opportunities and align strategic objectives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in academic or applied research settings, with a focus on experimental methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading successful research projects from inception to publication.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in interdisciplinary research and collaboration with other fields such as neuroscience or behavioral economics.
- Demonstrated ability to secure funding for research initiatives through grants and partnerships.
- Published work in high-impact journals, showcasing innovative research findings.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of experimental design and statistical analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in research software and tools, including but not limited to MATLAB, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to present research findings effectively.
