Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Escrow Manager to oversee the management of escrow accounts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. In this position, you will play a critical role in facilitating transactions, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of escrow processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of escrow transactions, including opening, maintaining, and closing accounts in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate the timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing escrow transactions.
- Review and prepare closing documents, ensuring all necessary signatures and approvals are obtained.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Train and mentor junior escrow staff, promoting best practices in escrow management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in escrow management or related field, with a proven track record of successful transaction management.
- Deep understanding of escrow processes, state regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with escrow software and technology solutions.
- Knowledge of real estate principles and practices.
- Certifications relevant to escrow management (e.g., Certified Escrow Officer).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
