Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise systems and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, integration methodologies, and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and enterprise software solutions
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with ITIL or other relevant frameworks for service management
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant technical certifications
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in enterprise systems architecture and design
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data integration techniques
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment
