- Resolve complex employment-related issues and provide guidance on best practices
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in employment services or human resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
