Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within human resources or recruitment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with database management and record-keeping.
- Basic knowledge of HR metrics and reporting.
