Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in electronic parts design, with a proven track record of successful product launches
- Deep understanding of circuit design, PCB layout, and manufacturing processes
- Expertise in simulation tools such as SPICE, Altium Designer, or equivalent
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Experience with embedded systems and firmware development
- Familiarity with regulations and standards such as IPC, UL, and CE marking
- Proven ability to implement design for manufacturability (DFM) principles
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced knowledge of electronic components, materials, and fabrication techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software for electronic design, including schematic capture and PCB layout
- Experience with rapid prototyping and testing methodologies
- Understanding of signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles
