Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrolysis Technician to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Lead the electrolysis team in the operation and maintenance of electrolysis systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the safe and efficient management of electrolysis equipment.
- Conduct thorough analyses of electrolysis processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrolysis technologies into larger system designs for renewable energy applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Manage inventory and procurement of necessary materials and equipment for electrolysis operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrolysis technology or related fields, with a proven track record in operations management.
- Strong understanding of electrochemical processes and advanced knowledge of electrolysis systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex systems and executing effective maintenance strategies.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems and sustainability practices.
- Certification in safety management or related fields.
