Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical CAD Manager to lead our electrical design team in developing innovative and efficient designs for our projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that our CAD systems and processes are optimized to deliver high-quality electrical schematics, layouts, and documentation while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the CAD design processes for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical CAD design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with 3D modeling software and electrical simulation tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Revit).
- Knowledge of electrical design software and tools for circuit analysis.
- Experience with version control systems for design documentation.
