Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Educational Consulting to lead our consulting initiatives and drive impactful educational transformations for our clients. This leadership role will involve collaborating with educational institutions to develop customized solutions that enhance learning outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of educational consultants to design and implement innovative educational strategies tailored to client needs.
- Engage with key stakeholders at client organizations to assess educational challenges and opportunities, providing expert guidance and actionable recommendations.
- Oversee the development of program frameworks, methodologies, and tools that facilitate effective teaching and learning.
- Drive business development efforts to expand consulting services, including identifying new opportunities and cultivating client relationships.
- Ensure the successful execution of consulting projects, monitoring progress and outcomes to achieve client satisfaction and desired results.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in educational consulting or a leadership role within an educational institution.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing educational programs and initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Doctorate degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and utilizing assessment tools to enhance educational practices.
- Strong network within the education sector, including relationships with policymakers, educators, and industry leaders.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms that support learning and assessment.
- Familiarity with data analysis software and methodologies to evaluate educational outcomes.
- Experience in managing project management software to ensure effective project delivery.
