Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Driving School Manager to lead our operations in delivering high-quality driving education services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our driving school, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence among instructors and students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of driving education services.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified driving instructors, providing ongoing support and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing driving instruction and safety.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for driving lessons, optimizing resources to meet customer demand.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and community organizations.
- Monitor student performance and satisfaction, implementing improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Lead marketing efforts to promote driving school services and attract new students.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in educational management, preferably in the driving instruction sector.
- Strong understanding of driving regulations and safety standards.
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in using digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs for instructors.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer relationship management.
- Certification in traffic safety or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with online scheduling and management tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media engagement.
