Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Experience judging at a variety of competition levels, from local to national
Preferred:
- 5+ years of judging experience in dressage competitions
- Active participation in ongoing education and training related to judging and equestrian sports
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with riders, trainers, and event staff
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with digital scoring systems and event management software
- Proficiency in providing detailed feedback through written reports and evaluations
