Role Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role with a strong track record of managing production teams
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Experience in implementing ERP systems and using data analytics for decision-making
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of CAD software and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
