Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in managing client relationships and digital marketing campaigns while gaining valuable experience in the digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support the senior account management team in executing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Assist in the development of digital marketing plans and presentations for client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive support.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing or account management role, preferably in a digital context.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Preferred:
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or social media management tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with project management tools, such as Trello or Asana.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
