Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Executive Director to lead our organization towards our mission of driving impactful change. This role is critical in shaping our vision, guiding our operational strategies, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's strategic plan, aligning all initiatives with our mission and vision
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance
- Engage with the Board of Directors to provide timely updates on organizational performance, challenges, and opportunities
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and growth
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, and funders
- Champion fundraising efforts and cultivate donor relationships to secure financial resources
- Monitor industry trends and emerging best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution
