Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Dealer Manager to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in driving dealer performance and enhancing dealer relationships. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular dealer visits and performance reviews, offering support and guidance for improvement.

- Implement training programs and resources to enhance dealer product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic advantage.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in dealer management or a related role within the automotive or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully enhancing dealer performance and driving sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM systems and dealer management software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
