Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in Crystal Reports, including report design, execution, and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong command of SQL for data extraction and analysis
