Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Lab Manager specializing in Crown and Bridge to lead our innovative dental laboratory team. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the dental lab, ensuring timely and accurate production of crown and bridge restorations

- Implement quality control measures to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate closely with dentists and dental teams to understand specific restoration needs and provide technical support
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies and materials to enhance lab capabilities and efficiency
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality outputs
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff in the latest dental technologies and techniques
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a dental lab setting, with a focus on crown and bridge
- Strong knowledge of dental materials and fabrication techniques
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with dental professionals
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining quality and efficiency
Preferred:
- Certification from an accredited dental technology program
- Experience with CAD/CAM technologies and digital dentistry
- Familiarity with dental laboratory management software and tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in crown and bridge fabrication techniques, including PFM, all-ceramic, and implant restorations
- Proficiency in using CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing technologies
- Understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion principles
