Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Junior CRM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, and system configuration while contributing to impactful projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements related to CRM processes and functionalities.
- Support the configuration and customization of CRM systems to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
- Help create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system enhancements meet expectations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and business processes.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Understanding of CRM systems and data management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
