Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead the development and execution of our customer relationship management strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our CRM systems to enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and leverage data to deliver personalized experiences that align with our brand's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while driving revenue growth
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment on CRM initiatives
- Manage CRM tools and technologies, ensuring data integrity and optimal utilization to support business objectives
- Lead the execution of targeted campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention, measuring effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed
- Train and support team members on CRM best practices, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management or related roles, with a proven track record of developing successful customer engagement strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Excellent project management skills, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results
Preferred:
- Experience in a customer-centric industry, such as e-commerce, SaaS, or retail
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and data visualization technologies
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and profiling strategies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in CRM software and related analytics tools
- Understanding of data management principles and customer data platforms (CDPs)
- Ability to work with SQL or similar query languages for data extraction and manipulation
