We are looking for a Senior Credit Analyst who will play a pivotal role in assessing and managing credit risk within our organization. Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the credit analysis team.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or a related financial role.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience in developing credit scoring models and utilizing statistical tools for risk assessment.
- Proficient in financial modeling, including cash flow analysis and credit risk modeling.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications (CFA, FRM).
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in corporate lending or investment analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to credit risk.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in financial analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python) for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of credit risk management systems and tools.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling software and methodologies.
