Role Overview
We are seeking a County Court Judge who will preside over cases, ensuring fair administration of justice while maintaining the highest standards of legal integrity. This role plays a critical part in the judiciary, interpreting laws and overseeing legal proceedings within the county court system.
Responsibilities
- Preside over court proceedings, including civil, criminal, and family law cases, ensuring adherence to legal protocols and procedures.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in legal practice, with significant experience in litigation and courtroom procedures.
- Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated understanding of judicial processes and legal principles.
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a judge or magistrate in a court setting.
- Specialization in areas such as family law, criminal law, or civil litigation.
- Experience in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Familiarity with courtroom technology, including electronic filing systems and digital evidence presentation.
