Preferred:
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of assembly tools and equipment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track production metrics.
