Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concession Stand Manager to oversee the daily operations of our concession stand. In this role, you will ensure exceptional service delivery while managing a dynamic team and maintaining high operational standards. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through effective inventory management and staff training.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the concession stand team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of employee engagement.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain optimal product selection and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a concession stand or similar environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and point of sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
