Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Catering Director to lead our culinary and event operations in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for developing and executing catering strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and marketing materials that elevate our catering services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a seamless catering experience from planning to execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
- Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee compliance with health regulations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in catering management or related field, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in menu development and culinary creativity.
- Familiarity with catering software and event management tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
