Role Overview

- Gather client feedback post-event to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in catering or event management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by events
Preferred:
- Experience with menu development and food service management
- Knowledge of catering software and event management tools
- Culinary or hospitality degree is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
