Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience, with a proven track record of successfully securing multi-million dollar donations.
- Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and the fundraising landscape, including experience with major gifts, planned giving, and corporate sponsorships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Business Administration).
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit organization.
- Familiarity with fundraising software and CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Blackbaud.

- Expertise in fundraising strategies, campaign management, and donor relations.
