Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Participate in the sourcing of meat, working closely with suppliers to ensure quality and sustainability

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in butchery or meat processing, with a focus on high-quality products
- Proven ability to perform all aspects of butchering, including cutting, deboning, and curing
- Strong knowledge of various meat types, cuts, and preparation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Preferred:
- Culinary or meat processing certification
- Experience with specialty meats and artisanal techniques
