Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Support Manager to oversee and enhance our operational frameworks, ensuring seamless support across various business units. This fully remote role allows you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and implement strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine business processes to optimize productivity and operational efficiency across departments
- Lead a team of support staff, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process enhancement and implement actionable solutions
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality service delivery
- Facilitate training and onboarding programs to enhance staff capabilities and service levels
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a business support or operations management role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in using business management software and tools, including CRM and ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a remote work environment, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation
- Familiarity with process mapping and improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights
