Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Business Banking Relationships to lead our initiatives in building and nurturing strong relationships with our business banking clients. This strategic role will focus on driving growth and enhancing client experience through tailored financial solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business banking strategies that align with the company's vision and drive client acquisition and retention.
- Lead a team of relationship managers, providing mentorship and guidance to cultivate their skills in client engagement and financial advisory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their needs and proposing effective banking solutions.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the business banking sector, leveraging insights to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to design and launch innovative banking products tailored to business clients.
- Monitor team performance metrics and deliver regular reports to executive leadership on growth strategies and client feedback.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in business banking, relationship management, or a similar field, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Strong understanding of business banking products and services, including loans, credit, treasury, and cash management solutions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in a fintech environment or with digital banking solutions.
- Proven success in developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
