Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a breakfast or brunch setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred:
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution
- Experience with menu development and cost control measures
