Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Boilerhouse Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our boilerhouse facilities at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their technical skills and career development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs associated with boilerhouse operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in boilerhouse maintenance or a similar industrial environment, with a strong understanding of boiler operations and maintenance practices.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to boiler operations and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications in boiler operation, maintenance, or safety.
- Experience with energy management and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- In-depth knowledge of boiler systems, controls, and auxiliary equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and specifications.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance.
