Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Boiler Coverer to manage and oversee our boiler cover operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our clients' heating systems. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of boiler cover professionals, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of boiler cover installations and maintenance activities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of heating systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations, including maintaining accurate documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing expert advice on boiler cover options.
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in boiler cover or related field, with a strong track record of leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of boiler systems, safety regulations, and industry standards.
