Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address guest needs promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest arrival and departure experience, including personalized greetings and farewell services.
- Monitor and maintain the bell desk area, ensuring it is organized, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services to provide guests with insightful recommendations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a hospitality or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
Preferred:
- Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
