Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in sports scouting or talent evaluation, with a proven track record of success in identifying top-tier athletes.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data analytics tools to enhance scouting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of scouts.
- Deep understanding of the sport's ecosystem, including player development pathways and recruitment regulations.
- Familiarity with advanced scouting software and technologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, R, or Python) to analyze player performance metrics.
- Experience with scouting databases and software that track player statistics and trends.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and evaluation criteria specific to the sport.
