Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service during events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including dining and kitchen spaces, throughout the event.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as outlined by company policy.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment, preferably in banquet or event settings.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hybrid environment that includes both in-person and remote aspects of service.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service techniques.
- Proficiency in using catering management software is a plus.
